Buy the platform. Or build it with the people who wrote one.

Three production platforms and six engineering practices. Every one of them came out of a real client problem where the off-the-shelf answer did not exist — which is why they are opinionated in the places that matter.

Platforms

Three products already in production.

Licensed annually with implementation delivered by our own team. For most commerce and embedded-finance problems this is materially faster and cheaper than a bespoke build — and we will tell you when it is not.

Enterprise commerce

Orbit Commerce

Headless commerce for companies that sell to other companies.

A composable commerce and marketplace platform built for contract pricing, multi-buyer accounts, quotes and complex fulfilment — the things consumer carts were never designed for.

PropTech · Real estate operations

BookMyPlots

The operating system for land and plotted development sales.

Inventory, channel partners, bookings and collections for real-estate developers — replacing the spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads that plot sales still run on.

Embedded finance

Ledgerline

Wallets, ledgers and payouts as infrastructure.

A double-entry ledger, KYC pipeline and payout rail you can embed in your own product — the engine behind our consumer wallet, offered white-label.

Services

Six practices. One delivery organisation.

Teams are assembled from people already on our payroll. We do not post a job advert after you sign — the engineers you meet in week one are the engineers who ship.

Product engineering

Full-lifecycle teams that take a product from first sketch to a released, instrumented, supported thing customers pay for.

  • Discovery, prototyping and technical due diligence
  • Web and mobile builds on Next.js, React Native and native SDKs
  • Design systems that survive contact with a growing team
  • Release engineering, observability and on-call handover

Enterprise platforms

Commerce, payments and operations platforms for organisations where downtime and reconciliation errors are measured in currency.

  • Composable commerce and marketplace architecture
  • ERP, CRM and warehouse integration with replayable pipelines
  • Legacy modernisation with strangler-fig migration paths
  • Performance engineering against agreed p95 budgets

Cloud & platform engineering

Infrastructure you can reason about: reproducible, observable, cost-aware, and boring in the way production should be.

  • AWS, GCP and Azure landing zones as infrastructure-as-code
  • Kubernetes, autoscaling and progressive delivery
  • FinOps review — most engagements cut cloud spend 20–40%
  • DR design with tested, timed recovery objectives

Data & applied AI

Models in production, not in a slide deck. We build the pipeline, the evaluation harness and the guardrails alongside them.

  • Warehouse and lakehouse builds with contract-tested pipelines
  • Retrieval systems and LLM features with real evaluation suites
  • Forecasting, pricing and risk models with monitored drift
  • Governance, lineage and access control from day one

Quality & security

Independent assurance — because the team that wrote the code is rarely the team that should sign off on it.

  • Automated regression suites in CI with flake budgets
  • Load, soak and chaos testing against stated SLOs
  • Threat modelling, secure code review and dependency governance
  • SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness programmes

Managed services

Long-term ownership of the systems we build — or the ones you inherited — under a contracted SLA with named engineers.

  • 24×7 monitoring with follow-the-sun on-call rotations
  • Named engineers, not an anonymous ticket queue
  • Quarterly roadmap and technical-debt reviews
  • Transparent SLAs with credits that actually apply
Commercials

Three ways to work with us.

Priced openly, with the exit terms written down before you sign rather than negotiated when you want to leave.

Best for ongoing product ownership

Dedicated pod

A cross-functional team — engineering, design, QA, delivery lead — embedded with yours and billed monthly. Same people, quarter after quarter.

  • Monthly retainer
  • Minimum 3 months
  • 30-day exit notice
Most common

Best for defined deliverables

Fixed-scope build

A specified outcome, a fixed price and a fixed date. We invest in discovery first so the estimate is a commitment rather than a guess.

  • Fixed price
  • Milestone billing
  • Warranty period included

Best for buying, not building

Platform licence

Licence Orbit, BookMyPlots or Ledgerline directly, with configuration and integration delivered by the team that built them.

  • Annual subscription
  • Usage tiers
  • Implementation SOW

Indicative rates: a dedicated pod runs USD 18,000–45,000 per month depending on seniority and composition. Fixed-scope work is quoted after a paid diagnostic. Intellectual property in client work assigns to you on payment.

Delivery

The same five stages, every time.

Predictability is the product. Scope, cost and risk are written down before anyone opens an editor, and revisited in the open when reality disagrees.

01

Diagnose

A paid two-week engagement: we read the code, interview the operators and write down what is actually true — including the parts that make the project smaller.

2 weeks
02

Architect

Target architecture, migration sequence, team shape, risk register and a costed plan. You own the output whether or not you continue with us.

2–3 weeks
03

Build

Two-week iterations against a public board. Working software in a real environment from iteration one — never a demo branch.

Ongoing
04

Harden

Load, security and accessibility testing against the numbers agreed at architecture. Nothing ships on a promise it will be fixed later.

2–4 weeks
05

Operate

Runbooks, on-call and quarterly reviews — or a documented handover to your team with the knowledge transfer actually completed.

Continuous

Every stage produces something you keep — an architecture record, a costed plan, a running environment. If you stop after stage two, you still own the work.

Bring us the hard part.

The integration nobody wants to own, the platform decision that will be expensive to reverse, the migration that has stalled twice. Those are the conversations we are best at.
