Why Shareprops exists.
Property portals are optimised for the broker, not the buyer. The same flat appears eleven times at four prices, half the photos are of a different building, and the listing that hooked you was sold last month.
Shareprops lists only inventory that resolves to a verified developer or licensed agent — much of it published directly from BookMyPlots, so availability is live rather than aspirational. Duplicates are collapsed, prices are benchmarked against recorded transactions nearby, and stale listings expire automatically.
It also opens a category most portals ignore: fractional and co-ownership structures for buyers who want exposure to a market they cannot yet buy into outright, presented with the legal structure and the risks stated plainly rather than buried.
