A product company that still takes client work — deliberately.
Most firms pick a side. We found that the two make each other better: client engagements surface problems worth productising, and running our own products keeps us honest about what it costs to own software for years rather than months.

Platform uptime
Trailing 12 months, production tier
Seven years, one direction.
No pivot, no rebrand, no acquisition. Each product came out of work we were already doing for someone who needed it.
Founded in Hyderabad
Four engineers taking on the integration work larger firms had quoted and then quietly declined. The first two years were entirely services, entirely referral-led.
First platform extracted
A distributor engagement needed contract pricing and approval chains no commerce platform offered. We built it, then generalised it into what became Orbit Commerce.
UK entity, first EMEA clients
Anithra Solutions UK Ltd incorporated so European buyers could contract locally. Data-protection posture rebuilt around UK GDPR from that point forward.
Consumer group launched
Vaultra shipped on the ledger we had built for a client, proving the infrastructure under real consumer volume. Pulsr followed nine months later.
US entity, North America practice
Anithra Solutions Inc. incorporated in Delaware with a commercial team in Dallas. SOC 2 control programme formalised across production environments.
Six products, three continents
Three enterprise platforms and three consumer apps, operated by one engineering organisation of 120+ people across three time zones.
Four things we do not trade away.
Written down because principles that only live in someone's head stop applying the moment that person is in a difficult meeting.
Own the outcome, not the ticket
We are accountable for whether the thing works in production for real users — not for whether a card moved to done.
Say the inconvenient thing early
A scope problem raised in week two is a conversation. The same problem raised in month five is a dispute. We choose the conversation.
Build for the fifth year
Most of a system's cost arrives after launch. We optimise for the engineer who inherits it, not the demo that wins the meeting.
Measure, then claim
Performance, uptime and savings are stated as measured numbers against a named baseline, or they are not stated at all.
Three pods, not a resource pool.
Engineers belong to a domain and stay there. Rotating people between unrelated projects looks efficient on a spreadsheet and destroys the domain knowledge that makes the work good.
Commerce & operations

Structured so procurement can say yes.
The questions that stall deals — which entity, whose law, where the data sits, who actually does the work — answered before you have to ask them.
Three contracting entities
Sign with a Delaware corporation, an England & Wales limited company or an Indian private limited company. Invoicing, tax treatment and governing law follow the entity you choose.
One security programme
A single ISO 27001-aligned ISMS covers every entity and every product. Access control, change management and incident response do not vary by which office you signed with.
Data residency by request
Client data can be pinned to EU, UK, US or Indian regions. Transfers out of the UK or EEA run on the IDTA or the Standard Contractual Clauses with a documented transfer risk assessment.
Employees, not a bench
Everyone delivering your work is on our payroll. We do not sub-contract to a network of vendors and we tell you the names of the people on your account.

Come and see whether the claims hold.
Ask for a reference call with a client on a comparable engagement, or a walkthrough of a system we run in production. Both are ordinary requests and we say yes to them.
