Accessibility Statement
We build for people who navigate by keyboard, listen rather than look, need larger text, or use a device we have never tested on. This statement says where we stand, honestly, including what is not yet fixed.

1. Our commitment
Anithra Solutions Private Limited is committed to making this website and our products usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they use. We treat accessibility as an engineering requirement with acceptance criteria — not a checklist completed once before launch.
This statement applies to https://www.anithrasolutions.com and all of its subpages. Each of our products publishes its own statement covering that product.
2. Conformance standard
We measure ourselves against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. We also design against EN 301 549 (the European accessibility standard used in public procurement) and Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act, and we take account of the obligations arising under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the UK Equality Act 2010 and the European Accessibility Act.
3. Conformance status
This website is substantially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. “Substantially conformant” means the great majority of the site meets the standard and the exceptions are known, listed below, and scheduled.
Last full audit: June 2026, combining automated testing across every template with manual keyboard and screen-reader review of the primary journeys. Next audit: December 2026.
4. What we have done
- Semantic HTML throughout, with landmark regions, a logical heading hierarchy and a skip link to the main content as the first focusable element.
- Full keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element, and focus management in menus and dialogs so focus is never lost or trapped.
- Text contrast of at least 4.5:1 and non-text contrast of at least 3:1, verified across the whole palette rather than sampled.
- Respect for the
prefers-reduced-motionsetting: all decorative animation, parallax and scroll-triggered movement is disabled when you have asked your system to reduce motion. - Form fields with programmatically associated labels, error messages announced to assistive technology, and validation states never communicated by colour alone.
- Decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology; meaningful graphics described.
- Layouts that reflow to 320 CSS pixels without horizontal scrolling and remain usable at 200% zoom and above.
- Automated accessibility checks in continuous integration that fail the build rather than emit a warning.
5. Accessibility features you can use
- Skip to content — press Tab on page load.
- Keyboard navigation — Tab and Shift+Tab to move, Enter or Space to activate, Escape to close menus and dialogs.
- Reduced motion — enable it in your operating system and all decorative animation stops.
- Zoom and reflow — the site is usable to 400% zoom without loss of content or functionality.
- Screen readers — tested with NVDA and JAWS on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, and TalkBack on Android.
6. Known limitations
We would rather tell you than have you discover these:
| Limitation | Why | Planned fix |
|---|---|---|
| Wide comparison tables in legal pages scroll horizontally on small screens | A tabular relationship that becomes harder to understand when broken into stacked cards | Q4 2026 — adding a stacked view with row headers retained |
| Some embedded third-party media players do not fully meet AA | Controlled by the provider, not by us | Under review; we will migrate providers if not resolved. Transcripts are provided in the meantime. |
| Older PDF documents in the resource library lack full tagging | Produced before our current standard applied | Being re-issued progressively. An accessible version of any document is available on request within 5 working days. |
7. How we assess accessibility
- Automated: axe-core in continuous integration on every pull request, plus Lighthouse accessibility audits on each deploy preview.
- Manual: keyboard-only walkthroughs and screen-reader testing of critical journeys before each release.
- Independent: an external audit at least annually by a third-party specialist, whose report we act on and can share with clients under NDA.
Automated tooling catches roughly a third of real issues. We treat it as a floor rather than evidence of conformance.
8. Our products
Orbit Commerce, BookMyPlots and Shareprops are built to WCAG 2.2 AA, and the Orbit storefront kit ships accessible components as its default so our clients inherit conformance rather than having to retrofit it. Vaultra and Pulsr follow the Apple and Android platform accessibility guidelines, including Dynamic Type, VoiceOver and TalkBack support, and reduced-motion handling. Product-specific statements and VPAT documentation are available from hello@anithrasolutions.com.
9. Report a barrier
If something on this site blocks you, we want to know — a specific report is more useful to us than a general complaint, and we treat it as a defect rather than feedback.
- Email hello@anithrasolutions.com with “Accessibility” in the subject
- Or call +44 20 3807 6100 (UK) / +1 (415) 555 0142 (US) / +91 40 4800 1200 (India)
Please tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology and browser you were using if you know them. We acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve or provide a workaround within 10 working days. If a fix will take longer we will tell you why and give you a date. We will also provide the information you were trying to reach in an alternative format at no cost.
10. Enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate. In the United Kingdom, the Equality Advisory and Support Service handles enquiries about the Equality Act 2010. In the European Union, each member state designates an enforcement body under the European Accessibility Act. In the United States, complaints may be made to the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division. In India, the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities handles matters under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
We would prefer to fix the problem first. Please give us the chance — hello@anithrasolutions.com.
